The last film that I saw was Split. This movie was directed by M. Night Shyamalan and it is in the cathegory of psychological terror and suspense. It premiered in 2016. This movie was nominated to Best Thriller film by the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films, USA and Best Movie by Rondo Hatton Classic Horror Awards.
I really liked this movie, it was funny to see, feel the emotions and suspense of the scenes. I think it is important to see because, in the background of the film, it talks about the dangerous that could be a person with that disorder(obviously the movie is more exaggerated), but the most important is why the person could have that; the trauma generated in his childhood by his parents. We can realize the importance that it has in our lifes. Also, it is important to know about people with this disorder because we can create more awareness and help them.
The story is about 3 girls that were kidnapped by a guy who suffered Multiple personality disorder. He had 23 personalities and the 24 was the most dangerous, but it doesn't appear till the end of the movie. This develop in the house of this person that it was in a zoo(it doesn't see till almost the end) because he worked in maintenance and lived there at the same time, in the underground.
The most important characters present in the film was: the guy, who had a lot of names by his multiple personality disorder like Barry(a fashionist), Orwell, Jade, Dennis, Patricia, Hedwig, The Beast(this last 4 names were the principal of the movie) and Kevin Wendell Crumb that was his "real" name. All this personalities was protagonized by James McAvoy; Dr. Karen Fletcher(his therapist), Casey Cooke, Claire Benoit and Marcia(the 3 girls kidnapped).
